Accessibility

Accessibility at Trader's Edge Global

We want every trader to be able to use Traderseg, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, voice control or high-contrast settings. Trading tools are dense by nature; that is a reason to work harder on this, not an excuse.

Our standard

We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We have not yet completed a formal third-party audit, so we do not claim full conformance. This page says what is in place today, what we know is not, and how to reach us when something gets in your way.

What is in place

  • Light and dark themes on every page, with a fixed toggle in the top-right corner, for people who need high or low contrast.
  • Text that scales. Font sizes are set in relative units, so your browser's zoom and text-size settings are respected.
  • Keyboard access. Menus, tabs, forms, buttons and dialogs can be reached and operated with a keyboard.
  • Descriptive links and headings so the structure of a page makes sense when read aloud or navigated by heading.
  • Non-blocking status messages. Success and error notices appear as dismissible toasts instead of pop-up alerts that trap focus.
  • No autoplaying audio or video.
  • Data tables that scroll sideways on phones instead of breaking the page, with headers kept visible.

What we know is not there yet

  • Charts and the trading simulator are visual. Price charts, correlation maps, seasonality heatmaps and the simulator's replay are not yet fully described in text. Where a chart has an underlying table or summary line we show it, but not everywhere.
  • Third-party widgets. The economic calendar and some market panels are embedded from TradingView and Investing.com and follow those providers' accessibility, which we cannot change.
  • Some dense tables (macro matrix, catalyst lifecycle, seasonality scanner) need horizontal scrolling on small screens.
  • Colour still carries meaning in a few places (green/red for up/down). We are adding text and icon cues alongside.

Tell us what is broken

If any page or tool does not work with your assistive technology, please contact us and say which page, which browser and assistive technology you use, and what happened. We read every report and we fix accessibility issues ahead of other work.

Assessment and review

We assess our pages with automated checks and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing as they are built. This statement is reviewed whenever a major page ships and at least twice a year.
