Mid-Trade review

Audit an open trade in under two minutes — the trade's health and your own discipline — before you touch anything.

How to use it

  1. Set the symbol and (optionally) attach a chart screenshot of the live trade.
  2. Pick a lane: Trade Health audits the trade, Psych & Discipline audits you, the Full Review runs both.
  3. Answer fast and honest — questions auto-advance. Your alignment score and guidance appear at the end and save to the catalog below.
81–100% strong — manage the trade, not the PnL 61–80% solid — stay intentional 31–60% mixed — caution, follow rules 0–30% fragile — tighten or exit

When to run it

  • The moment you feel the urge to move a stop, exit early, or add to a loser.
  • When price hits a milestone — +1R, your target zone, or back at entry.
  • Right after unplanned news hits your instrument.
