By accessing or using the website and services of Trader's Edge Global LLC ("Traderseg", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Traderseg provides financial education content, market analysis, data tools (including calculators and screeners), member tools (including a trading journal, checklists, a trading simulator and member chat), AI-assisted features, and related commentary. Nothing on this site constitutes personalized investment advice. All content is for educational and informational purposes only.

3. No Investment Advice

Traderseg is not a registered investment adviser. Content published on this site — including articles, data, newsletters, tools, AI-generated responses, and any other materials — does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any offer to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Simulated or hypothetical results shown by any tool have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading.

4. Accounts and Security

Member features require a Traderseg login. You must register with an email address that belongs to you and keep it current. Each membership is for one person; you may not share your login or let others use your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@traderseg.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend or close an account that is used to impersonate another person or to access another member's data.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of Traderseg are available only to paying subscribers. By purchasing a subscription you agree to our pricing, billing cycle, and renewal terms as presented at checkout. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Member Community

Member Chat and community profiles are shared spaces. Other members can see your community profile (nickname, avatar, bio and the other details you choose to show) and anything you post in chat. Your email address, journal, trade history, checklists, rules, risk settings and AI coaching history are private to you; see our Privacy Policy for details. When you post, you agree not to: share another person's personal information without their consent; harass, threaten or impersonate anyone; post spam, promotions or solicitations; post content you do not have the right to share; or present trade calls as guaranteed outcomes or personalized advice to others. You keep ownership of what you post and give us a license to host, display and moderate it for the purpose of operating the community. We may use automated tools, including AI, to help moderate chat, and we may remove content or restrict access to the community at our discretion.

8. AI Features

Some features, including Traderseg Coaching (the AI coach), article analysis and chat recaps, generate responses automatically using artificial intelligence. AI responses can be incomplete or wrong, are provided for education only, and are not investment advice or a substitute for your own judgment. To produce a response, the information needed (for example your question, journal entries and trade statistics) is processed by our AI provider as described in our Privacy Policy. AI features are subject to the usage allowances shown for your plan, and we may change, limit or pause them.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, data compilations, and software — is the property of Traderseg or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to another member's account, or to data that is not yours; (d) scrape or harvest data without express written permission; or (e) interfere with, overload, or circumvent the security or usage limits of the services.

11. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Market data is sourced from third parties and may contain errors or delays.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traderseg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our services — including any losses based on reliance on content published on this site or on AI-generated responses.

13. Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You may ask us to delete your account and member tool data by emailing support@traderseg.com.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
